With over 25 years’ experience in supported employment, I specialise in workplace mediation, employee retention, and employer engagement.
My background includes corporate leadership roles and expertise as an IPS specialist, mindfulness coach, mindful employer champion, and restorative practitioner. I’ve worked with corporate organisations, local authorities, and third-sector charities to improve workplace outcomes, reduce conflict, and promote inclusive practices.
I combine strategic insight with emotional intelligence to deliver effective, sustainable resolutions and stronger working relationships.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and tailored to each situation. I work closely with all parties to understand the issues, facilitate constructive dialogue, and develop practical solutions that support both immediate resolution and long-term workplace wellbeing.
